One of our top goals is to make sure that your personal information is kept confidential when you use eQuest, LLC, dba eQuest. We will use our best efforts to ensure that the information you submit to us remains private.
Visitor Information
eQuest aggregates visitor data to analyze user patterns and generate site statistics. Your individual information is kept confidential and only used as part of aggregate data that helps us improve eQuest.
Individual Information
On occasions when you sign up to use a service, enter a giveaway, or purchase a product, we may request specific information from you, such as your name, email address, mailing address, telephone, billing information, etc. We may use your contact information to make you aware of additional services that may be of interest to you, or to contact you regarding changes to our service or new releases. If you submit your information through certain co-branded sites that have agreements with eQuest, your information becomes property of both eQuest and the owners and/or operators of the co-branded site. eQuest is not responsible for the way these sites use your information, but we will do our best to ensure the confidentiality of your information.
You acknowledge, consent and agree that eQuest may access, preserve and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the Terms of Service; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights, property or personal safety of eQuest its users and the public.
Email Communications
You understand that all information, data, jobs, events, announcements, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials (“Content”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. This means that you, and not eQuest, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. Under no circumstances will eQuest be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service. Users shall only access and use the Content, features and functionality of the Site, which their password permits them to access and use.
Children
eQuest is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
Children aged 13 or older should not submit any personal information without the permission of their parents or guardians. By using eQuest you are representing that you are at least 18, or that you are at least 13 years old and have your parents’ permission to use our website, services or tools.
